About the IHNs

The Industrial Heritage Networks (IHNs) have been developed since 2018 by the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust as support networks for preserved industrial heritage sites and organisations across England. They form part of the Industrial Heritage Support project funded by a grant from Historic England.

The IHNs provide support through the latest advice, guidance, and news to the numerous sites and organisations involved in preserving our industrial heritage and archaeology in England. Our goals are to improve awareness and communications, broaden skills and knowledge, work in partnerships, and stay relevant.
