The Union Chain Bridge project is proposing to hold an Industrial Heritage-themed STEM Conference and want to hear your views!
One of the members of the Industrial Heritage Network North East (IHNNE) – the Union Chain Bridge – is reaching out to the wider industrial heritage sector to collate views on a new, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) Conference.
It was a grey and wet Tuesday last week, but that did not stop members of the Industrial Heritage Network West Midlands (IHNWM) to travel from across the region and meet at the Birmingham Museum Collection Centre for the network’s bi-annual get together.
On the 6th November, many of the North East industrial heritage sites and organisations have taken their first step to create a robust network of support for their region. The first meeting of the new Industrial Heritage Network North East (IHNNE) took place at the North East Land, Sea and Air Museum (NELSAM) in Sunderland.
