The Cleveland Ironstone Mining Museum seeks to employ a Collections Officer to maintain their unique collection based around the Ironstone Mining Industry and to assist in the exciting redevelopment of the museum. You will oversee the work of the volunteer collections team and work closely with the design team to produce permanent and temporary exhibitions. You will be expected to have at least 2 years’ experience within a museum collection environment and be familiar with the latest SPECTRUM and Accreditation standards. You will also have experience of engaging with the public through displays and exhibitions.

Salary: is £20,020 pro rata for 30 hours per week (£17,160 pa).
